Prianca Pillai appointed Head of Operations at Demographica

Demographica is thrilled to congratulate Prianca Pillai on her recent promotion to Head of Operations and appointment to the leadership team. Prianca has been with Demographica since 2017, barring a short break at Wunderman Thompson. As part of the Demographica family, she has moved from Account Director to Project Director and now to her current role as Head of Operations. Over the years, she has been instrumental in building strong, trusting relationships with our clients by ensuring exceptional results through partnership, teamwork, and a shared vision.

In her current role, she will ensure that the right teams and processes are in place to deliver outstanding work and results now and in the future. She will work closely with all departments to ensure they have what they need to execute the vision of the agency, the leadership team, and the clients.

“I am very excited to be stepping into this role and providing significant impact on how Demographica delivers on its promises to clients,” says Prianca. “Together with my work history in client service, I come with a holistic understanding of the B2B marketing ecosystem. I now appreciate what it takes internally [from an agency] to deliver great work while empathising with the challenges clients face daily. I am looking forward to using my learnings to bring the two worlds together by promoting and enabling better collaboration and optimising processes so that we can make brilliant work while delivering the best value and client experience possible.”
