   2. Take appropriate, reasonable, technical and organisational measures to ensure the integrity of Personal Data is secure and protected against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, or damage.

   1. Notify you immediately upon becoming aware of a suspected unauthorized access to Personal Data and take steps to limit the compromise;
   2. Provide details of the affected Personal Data, including the nature and extent of the compromise and the identity of unauthorized persons if known;
   3. Provide reasonable assistance in reporting to Regulators and assisting in legal actions against responsible parties.

Demographica shall notify the Data discloser should it transfer Personal Data outside of the Republic of South Africa and shall enter into any necessary data transfer agreements as may be required.

Demographica may sell, transfer or share assets, including Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or in the event of winding up.

1. Demographica may disclose Personal Information if required by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect property rights, or protect personal safety.
2. While no transmission is 100% secure, we employ administrative and electronic measures to protect your data. We will disclose any confirmed security breach to you via email without unreasonable delay.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit information. If a parent becomes aware of such a submission, please contact us so we may delete the data from our files.

Demographica shall store Personal Data for the minimum time periods stipulated by the Data discloser in writing and shall destroy such data in compliance with stipulated destruction time periods.

This Policy may be modified from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version on our website. Your continued use of the Services indicates agreement with the revised terms.
